I just wanted to write you to thank you personally for doing an awesome job on getting our air conditioner working again. TJ came out and did it just an absolutely amazing job. He was so kind so knowledgeable. What a great reflection for your company. You are blessed to have such great employee, also I’d like to mention that Marta is phenomenal as well. Every time I contact her she seems to remember me and makes me feel like I’m one of her number one customers.
